This place is top noch. Great service, great cocktail, great food, especially the mini birria tacos, friendly staff, very attentive waiters, good music, and very clean place. I would totally recommend this place to all my friends & family.

I love Kalaveras! This place is beautifully decorated with vibrant Mexican-style calavera paintings that give it an authentic and festive vibe. There’s a huge TV perfect for watching sporting events, which makes it a great spot to hang out with friends or family. The service was top-notch—everyone was super attentive and friendly. We ordered the Molcajete, and it was absolutely delicious! It came loaded with beef, shrimp, chicken, avocado, nopales, and more. At 45, it’s definitely worth it and easily feeds two to three people. We also tried a flight of margaritas and a couple of their slushie margaritas—both were amazing and super refreshing. Overall, Kalaveras offers great food, an amazing atmosphere, and excellent service. Can’t wait to go back!

My wife and I drove by and decided to try it out the food was awesome also the drinks were great. She had the ceviche and nachos i had tacos one with guayabera, birria w/consume and carnitas. We spent about a 100 the happy hour was the best

Had brunch with with family on a rainy day and it was amazing! Especially love the interior design. Service was wonderful and the food was delicious. Can’t wait to eat here again!

I just so happen to bump into this place. Was walking with my brother in Chula Vista on a Sunday when we saw this place. They offer bottomless mimosas and a brunch buffet on Sundays and you just can’t beat it. Staff is super friendly and helpful!!! Drinks were great food was awesome and the bartender who attended at the bar was top notch and super friendly as you would want all bartenders to be. Would definitely come back again and bring the whole family.

Been there twice already once for brunch chilaquiles were good, and once for dinner , now the taquitos dorados de papa bomb that’s what I recommend and of course the drinks I always like getting myself a flight either of mimosas or margaritas plus music is always playing .

1st time going, I decided to check it out on Thirsty Thursday My daughter had the Dragon roll & I had the Quesabirria tacos. We had an amazing server, and she was very attentive. We didn't realize that a live band was going to play. Good mix of music, a little bit of everything. I'm definitely going back & taking the rest of the girls! Drinks were on point

Service was 10/10, staff was very attentive and accommodating. By the time we visited there were not a lot of costumers so our drinks and food were served promptly. Margaritas and cocktails were very delicious. The food plates were well served. The food can use a little bit more seasoning but overall everything was good. The ambiance is very dynamic and fun. If you don’t like a lot of noise this might not be a place for you because music is a bit loud and the birthday surprise it is very loud but with much fun.
